Participants including invited speakers are reguested to submit abstracts to leap2016_support(at)riken.jp . Abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee and assigned to poster or oral sessions.The length of each abstract is strictly limited to one page. Please use LEAP2016 abstract template (PDF)
The abstract should contain enough information for the program committee to judge the scientific merit. The deadline for abstract submission is December 15. Authors will be notified about the acceptance/rejection by e-mail before January 15.
Posters
Each accepted contribution will be presented in the form of a poster both on Monday and Tuesday session. Beers and refreshments will be served.
Space dimens
ions of 90 cm (width) by 120 cm (height) will be allocated to each poster. Posters may be presented only if the corresponding abstract has been accepted and if at least one of the authors listed has registered for the conference. A few post-deadline posters might be considered for presentation provided that space is available. Registered posters will be assigned a code indicating the day of presentation and the board number.
Best Poster Prize
In LEAP2016, the Best Poster Prize is presented to young researchers like Postdoctoral fellows, graduate and undergraduate students. The prize is sponsored by Nature Physics. The winner(s) will get a certificate, money, and a yearly subscription to Nature Physics.
