Registration and Accommodation
All participants are requested to register as soon as possible.
Please e-mail your registration form to firstname.lastname@example.org
After the registration, you will receive an invoice for the registration fee and accommodation fee.
Please note that all payment are processed via Paypal.
The registration office (email@example.com) is closed from Dec. 29 this year till January 4.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations of the registration should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.Cancellations received before January 15, 2016, the registration fee is fully refunded except for 5000 Yen for administration cost. Cancellations received before Feburuary 15, 2016, it is refunded 50% .No refund will be made for cancellations received after Feburuary 16, 2016 or registered participants who fail to attend. No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes. An alternative participant will be accepted.

1) The hotel rates include breakfast and taxes
2) Participants are strongly suggested to reserve the hotel room as early as possible because Kanazawa is very popular particularly after the new Shinkansen from Tokyo is open in 2015. The conference will keep some numbers of rooms till January 31th
