Travel to Kanazawa
By Train (JR): the Hokuriku-shinkansen is available since March 2015, using this bullet train, people can reach Kanazawa from Tokyo in 2 hours and 30minutes.
Express trains from Osaka ( 3 hours), Kyoto ( 2 hours) and Nagoya ( 3 hours) are also available.

By Airplane: Komatsu Airport is the closest international airport to Kanazawa. There are domestic flights from Haneda, Narita, Sapporo, Sendai, Fukuoka and Naha. Also you can fly in from Seoul, Shanghai and Taipei.
From Komatsu Airport there are shuttle busses available to Kanazawa Station.
